BRIEF HISTORY

Minerex general trading L.L.C. and its associated group of companies is one of the growing leaders in the areas of mining, import, export, trade promotion and distribution of Zinc and other raw materials in the GCC region. The most important activities of our business are commercial trade agreements, commissioned agents, business proposals and trade expansion implementation for foreign companies interested in having their products in the dynamic and very profitable middle-eastern market in particular and Iran in general.

Before it gained general trading status as a limited liability company one and half years ago, the company had been operating effectively as Naseem Commercial Brokerage L.L.C. for over a one and half years which specialized in the active trade and finance of local and foreign goods. During this time, the company established shipping and warehousing facilities. In spite of the relatively short span of its general trade status as a limited liability company, Minerex general trading (L.L.C.) has had long term experience in the financing and distribution of a wide range of goods.

The Companys principal objective is to establish a mutual, long-lasting and profitable business relationship with companies willing and able to introduce their goods and/or services into the ready and highly profitable middle-eastern market and in particular Iran. This we achieve through a mutual business arrangement with companies backed up with a comprehensive trade and services. These are carried out with a view to establishing their marketability in GCC and avenues of creating optimal trade conditions for these markets. We handle the commercial facilities and distribution of these goods with a desire borne out of total commitment, a wealth of experience acquired over many years of international trade, distribution and a will to make these markets hot sells by providing the enabling commercial finance environment and logistics for optimal sales condition in the region.
